BRGR BAR comes from local husband and wife team Jason & Carolyn Dagostino. with a continued focus on quality and local sourcing, Jason & Carolyn have enjoyed creating a fun and approachable concept that incorporates their love for locally sourced ingredients, community, & unique food and libation creations.

we keep it simple on purpose: no fluff, just real-deal flavor. our beef is 100% grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free, sourced from Maine Family Farms in Portland, ME. and the bison? straight from Hackmatack Farm in Berwick, ME. local, legit, and raised right.
